COVA Integration
Project Overview
This project involved building a custom WooCommerce plugin to integrate COVA POS with WordPress. The goal was to create a lightweight, fast, and reliable solution that allows the client to sync all their retail product data including names, pricing, stock levels, metadata, and images. directly from COVA into WooCommerce. This helped eliminate manual product entry and ensured accurate, real-time updates in the online store.

The primary goal was to build a direct connection between the client’s COVA POS and their WooCommerce store to automate product synchronization and reduce the workload of manual uploads. The plugin needed to be clean, fast, and tailored specifically to the client’s product structure and store setup.
By focusing on custom requirements, we ensured that the plugin fetches and maps every detail correctly product names, prices, inventory levels, metadata, and images into the correct format for WooCommerce. The final build had to be easy to use, highly reliable, and performance-focused so the client could confidently manage their eCommerce side directly from COVA, with no extra tools or manual work involved.
